hi mate, glad you like how it turned out!
with regards to taking the sanctions out... i would have liked too, but having just spend rather a lot on the forks, and never taken a pair of forks apart before, i thought i'd just put my years of experience with masking tape to good use (not that painting boats is not good use...) and after a few attempts i got the tape spot off around the seals and sanctions...
maybe next time i'll have a go at taking them appart (as i want to spray my travis' white to match the dh bikes colour scheme...)

hi mate, the wheels were just the old ones i had spares off my hardtail (that have been replaced by 24"'s!) i'm waiting on chain reaction to get the nuke proof wheelsets with singletracks in stock, and then i'm treating the stinky and the stab to some new wheels!

hi mate, the seat and chain stays are stock, but the rocker link is a BETD long travel link to give about 6.5" of travel...

yeah mate, check out the new/latest dirt magazine if you can get hold of it, they managed to tag along to the blackbox test weekend with steve (pete) and josh (brycland)... not sure if it's going to make production by '09, but they're having fun testing it and steve/josh both say that they like it...

they aint deemax's... notice the profile of the rim is perfectly round, as apposd to deemax's edge/box shape design.

POD for sure... fast as!!

yep, magura brakes...!!

also - spec's own make sus throughout (forks and shock - had help from either an ex rock shox or fox worker [check out singletrack's website for the first test ride review - i saw it last month some time] ) but note tyre clearance on forks (hint: NONE!) the crown if far to low for anything other than perfectly dry trails.

around 6inches all round to for those that are RAD FR (ride all day... freeride.... oh, i do love the marketing bullshite names....)
